Returns & Guarantee

We pledge you the best service we can provide and personal attention for every order you place. Your kite has a lifetime guarantee. That means that we will repair and replace your kite for it's lifetime. Please try not to get it stuck in a tree. If this actually happens (which it can) please send a picture of the offending tree and the poor kite in it! If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, just return your purchase. You can choose to either exchange the product or receive a complete refund (including our regular shipping charges); we will also refund your return parcel post costs at the ground mail rate.

Returning an Item

Cancelling Your Order

If you would like to cancel your order, please phone us as soon as possible. You can reach us at 506-375-8623 in Canada. You can also e-mail us and we will do our best to halt your order. Have your order information handy when contacting us so we may better help you.
